Our Jefferson Open House will be held on Monday, August 29 from 5:30-6:30, followed by pizza provided by our PAC (Parent Advisory Council) on the back playground from 6:30-7:00.
Open House sessions will take place from 5:30-5:50 and 6:00-6:20 in classrooms, so those of you with multiple children can visit each classroom during this time. Our specialists, support staff, special education staff, and the principal will be set up in the gymnasium with information tables during the 5:30-6:30 time period.
Once you are done with Open House, you are free to go out to the playground area to interact with friends and meet other families. Pizza will be provided from 6:30-7:00. We ask that families bring a blanket or some outdoor chairs to relax on outside. This is a free event for families. If you can help our PAC out by bringing individually wrapped chip bags, desserts (individually wrapped), and small water bottles to share with the Jefferson Community, it would be greatly appreciated.
Following the pizza, we will have time from 7:00-7:30 for families to interact and kids to play on the playground and field. Looking forward to a great night!
If you plan to attend the Pizza Fest after Open House, please click on the link below to RSVP and indicate how many family members will be eating pizza so that we can order for this event. The pizza will be cheese only. Families are free to bring their own dinner to eat outside if you do not like cheese pizza. RSVP by Friday, August 26. Thank you so very much!
