PCC 2022

Are you still looking for a great summer activity for your 7th through 10th grader this July?

Rockland Public Schools is a member district of the 2022 Project Contemporary Competitiveness (PCC ASP) program, which is a four-week summer studies program offered on the Stonehill College campus.

PCC is entering its 54th year, boasting more than 25,000 alumni. The purpose of PCC is to provide an intellectually enriching, socially stimulating, affordable residential summer program in a friendly, supportive learning environment for students in late middle school and early high school grades. The program is staffed by full-time program directors, resident directors, floor leaders, and college students. There is also an instructional staff consisting of college professors, and public and private school teachers.

PCC Summer Camp Program is a four week experience at Stonehill College for current grades 7-10! Students live in the dorms Monday-Friday and take two classes, get involved in many different activities, make friends and have a summer of a lifetime! Don't miss out on this opportunity! Check out the website and apply today at PCCASP.ORG

The 2022 program dates are Sunday, June 26 -Saturday, July 23 and the cost this year is $1900 (4-week program) plus a $25 application fee. If your child would like to attend and you need assistance with these costs, RPS is interested in working with families to provide scholarships. Please contact our Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Rebecca Kidwell, at rkidwell@rocklandschools.org if you'd like details on that opportunity.

We invite you to view the PCC promotional video for an inside look at the experience. The online application is available HERE.
