Rockland Daycare and the Rockland Before and After School Program will be adjusting their hours of operation to accommodate the adjusted start and end times for the 2023-2024 school year. The times are listed below.
For 2023-2024 before and after school care at the Esten Early Learning Center (must be enrolled in the EASE Program or Kindergarten) or Phelps Elementary School, please contact Marisa Hoadley.
